She is survived by: her husband William Rollins; her children, Kevin Rollins (Denise) and Julie Blankenship (Jason); her grandchildren, Ryan Rollins, Austin Rollins, Matthew Rollins, Kayla Blankenship and Caden Blankenship; her brother Stewart Osborne (Sarah); and her caregivers, Tonya Osborne, Tonya Morgan and Coretta Osborne. She is also survived by extended family and friends; and her church family.
