She was predeceased by: her husbands, Randall Ramsey and Everett Browning; her son-in-law Dwain Collins; her stepgrandson Kippie Wagner of Barboursville; and her siblings, Murrel Ball of Milton, Dora Kuhn of St. Albans and Patricia Nibert of New Jersey.
She is survived by: her daughter Rebecca Collins of Milton; her stepchildren, Sonja and John; her sisters, Betty Keaton of St. Albans and Edna Ball of Milton; her granddaughters, Randa (Dustin Dailey) and Nicole (Brandon Rolfe); her stepgrandchildren, Heath Wagner (Christy, Todd Browning) and Shawna Donahue; and her great grandchildren, Cole, Brody, Heidi, Lauren Dailey, Addyson, Brantley, Abram and Jameson Rolfe.
