She is survived by: her husband James Phillip Boardman; her children, Brian and Michelle; her grandchildren, Christopher Basham, Samantha Bias, Alyssa Boardman and Brittany Simpson; her great grandchildren, Ryan, Lilly, Sophie, Daniel, Zander and Annalise; her siblings, Judy Perez and Douglas Jacobs (Rose); her daughter-in-law Annette Basham; and her aunt Louise Stamper.
