He is survived by: his fiancé Jaime Gillespie; his children, Jean Hicks (Grady), Shelby Canterbury (Dakota), Marcy Canterbury and Brayden Coleman; his grandson Elijah Alan Hicks; his mother Phyllis Canterbury; his brother Rick Canterbury (Tammy); his niece Lori; and his nephews, Nick, Keith Stathers and Sean Collins.
