He is survived by: his children, Mike Rutherford of St. Albans, WV, Rhonda Mills of Ona, WV and Debbie Hensley of Milton, WV; his grandchildren, Bill Jenkins (Andrea), Corey Mills, Tyler Rutherford (Ashley), Brandon Keesee and Ric Rutherford (Amanda); and his sisters, Pat Townsend (Larry) and Dora Harshbarger (Fred). He is also survived by extended family and friends.
