It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert Shirkey (Culloden, West Virginia), who passed away on January 23, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edith Shirkey and Joe Shirkey; and his siblings, John, Charles, Richard, Mary and Nina Shirkey.
He is survived by: his spouse Jan Shirkey; his children, Ben Shirkey (Leigh) and Margie White (Davy); his grandchildren, Raegan Copley and Abby White; and his siblings, George Shirkey (Virginia), David Shirkey (Pat), Bud Shirkey (Kim), Flossie Adkins, Carolyn Myhrwold (Rich), Dottie Arbaugh, Nancy Meadows and Sharon Clagg. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Because Frank loved and cared for children in the community the family request in lieu of flowers donations be made in Franks name to Hoops Family Children's Hospital c/o Cabell Huntington Hospital Foundation @ 1340 Hal Greer Blvd, Huntington, WV 25701.
