He was predeceased by: his parents, Bethel Burton and Berthia Burton. He is survived by: his wife Alma; his daughters, Tina, Tabitha, Vanessa and Dreama; and his brother Vernon Douglas Burton of Huntington. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
