He was predeceased by: his siblings, Lola Mitchell, Macel Tyree and Earl Chapman (Jack). He is survived by: his parents, Arvil Chapman and Clara Chapman of Culloden, WV; his wife Judy; his sons, Mark and Dan (Mandy); his siblings, Ernest Chapman (Bonnie), Velma Miller (Preston), Sylvia Bowles, Reba Carpenter and Nellie Curry (Winford); and his sister-in-law Maxine Chapman. He is also survived by 24 nieces and nephews.
