She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Steel and Arlene Marie Yentoch McCoy; her husband James Otterbein Jefferson; and her daughter Margaret Ann Jefferson Moore. She is survived by: her siblings, Peggy Crew (Ted) of Avon, Conn McCoy, Lora McCoy (Tom Murphy) of Culloden, WV, Ira McCoy (Mary) of Gandeeville, WV and Larry McCoy of Loveland, OH. She is also survived by six grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
