He is survived by: his wife Cortney Cleveland; his children, Allison Johnson (Ryan), Shannon Cleveland and Tyson Cleveland; his parents, Donald Cleveland and Sharon Cleveland of Culloden; and his siblings, Mark, Mike, Michelle and Margaret.
