It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Frederick Starcher of Culloden, West Virginia, who passed away on January 4, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Glenn Starcher; and his brother William Starcher. He is survived by: his wife Joan Starcher; his children, Alisa King (Mark) of Scott Depot, WV and John F. Starcher II (Michelle) of Woodbridge, VA; and his grandchildren, Ariel, Julian, Matthew and Rachel.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest memorial donations be made to Alzheimer's Association, 1601 2nd Ave, Charleston, WV 25387.
