With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janis Sue Kelley of Culloden, West Virginia, born in Chillicothe, Ohio, who passed away on April 2, 2023 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Yoe and Mary Ann Yoe (Keaton); her nephew Dave Redden; and her sister Jackie Lutz. She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Huggett (Danny); her close friend Larry Mullins; her granddaughters, Brandy, Mariah Kelley, Kayla and Lesley Rigsby; and her sisters, Linda Huffman (Robert) and Monna Redden.
