It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Garnett Hess (Culloden, West Virginia), who passed away on December 28, 2018, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Frances Sergent and Charles Garrett; and her stepdaughter Mary Clark. She is survived by: her children, Sherri Allen (Holly) of Charleston and Charles Keyser (Claudia) of Falls Church; her brother Jim Garrett (Marian); her sister-in-law Jackie Garrett; and her stepchildren, Joe Hess (Lori), John Hess (Jane), Jane E Smith, Carl Calloway (Marianna) and Ruth Kelley. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
