He was predeceased by: his brother Rexyall J Wade (Bertha E. Wade); and his sons, Richard B Wade and Michael D Wade. He is survived by: his siblings, Janice Clark of Culloden, WV and Roger 'Jimmy Wade of Lincolnton, GA; his children, Shelia Wade of Hurricane, WV, Scott Wade of Scott Depot, WV and Dee Dee Wade of Hurricane, WV; and his grandchildren, Trisha Wade of Hurricane, WV, Ryan Wade of Hurricane, WV, Heaven Wade of Hurricane, WV, Zachary Wade of Hurricane, WV and Miranda Hatcher of Cassatt, SC. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren along with many other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Alzheimers Association or Shriners Hospitals for Children.
