She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Smith and Dora Smith of St Albans, WV.. She is survived by: her husband James E. Honaker; her children, Kathy Sampson (Ed) of Milton and Ron Honaker (Regina) of Culloden; her sister Judy Hale (Joe) of So; her grandchildren, Chad Sampson (Libby), Courtney Boneta (Mick), Cody Honaker, Austin Honaker, Brandon Honaker and Melissa Stout; and her great grandchildren, Sidney, Bryleigh, Kynzlee Sampson and Soleille Honaker.
