She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Jennings and Delma Reed Jennings; her husband Lonnie Gentry; her siblings, Jackie, Larry Jennings and Linda Mullins; her granddaughter Miranda Jennings; her daughter Laura Gentry; and her great grandchild Braylon Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Gentry of Winston-Salem, NC, Kimberly, David Hickman of Winston-Salem, NC and Brian Gentry (Crystal Asbury) of Montcalm, WV; her sisters, Sharon Sizemore (George) of Bluewell, WV, Carolyn Bailey (Kenneth) of Crumpler, WV and Mildred Hardin of Princeton, WV; and her grandsons, Eric Joyce and Kyle Glovier of Bluefield.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home (3431 Coal Heritage Rd, Bluefield, WV 24701). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
