He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Persianni and Zona Elizabeth Mullins Persianni; and his brothers, Jesse and Darrell Persianni. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Lusk Persianni; his children, David Persianni, Jr. (Marie) of Crumpler and Angela Persianni Fowler of Bluefield, WV; and his grandsons, Dakota Fowler, Dalton Fowler and Allen Carter. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews aunts and uncles.
