She was predeceased by: her parents, Beldon Mullins and Daisy Miller Mullins; her husband Wayne Clark; her daughter Linda Kaye Ehrman; and her siblings, Martha, Oscar Copley of Crum, Arnold Hayes, Pam Mullins of Jacksonville, Roxie "Blue" Brewer and Warren Brewer.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Vicki, John Cotsamire, Don, Amber Clark of Kernersville, Brandon, Krista Clark of Crum, Shyanne, Megan Halsey of Sophia, Tabitha Viljoen, Tiffany Miller, Samantha Snow and Micheal Bowyer.
