He is survived by: his parents, Jesse Lee Spaulding Sr. and Brenda Marcum Spaulding of Crum, WV.; his wife Jaime Spaulding; his daughters, Jessica Spaulding of Dingess, WV and Laura Spaulding of Dingess, WV; his brother Matthew Spaulding (Gina) of Tennessee; his nephews, Harley Spaulding and Will Johnson of Crum, WV; his father-in-law James "Jimmy" Lackey (Lisa); and his close friends, Jeremy Wellman, Andy Lovins and Matt Baisden. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
