She was predeceased by: her father Clinton Billings; her sister Sylvia Lohr; and her grandson Gabriel Taylor. She is survived by: her mother Lorene McClung; her husband Maynard Withrow; her siblings, Sandra Sanders (Darrel) and Larry Billings (Flo); her half-siblings, Douglas Billings and Patricia Lira (Leonard); her children, John Lewis (Sonya), Michael Lewis (Beth) and April Taylor, Sr. (Ron); her grandchildren, Doug McLaughlin, Brittni McMann (Ashley), Ashton Lewis, Matthew Lewis, McKenzi Olonko, Ron Taylor, Jr. (Samantha) and Elizabeth Rowe (Josh); and her great grandchildren, Michael Taylor, Josh Jr., Neveah and Weston Rowe.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to Wallace and Wallace for funeral would be appreciated.
