He was predeceased by: his father Wilford A. Spinks; and his father-in-law James D. Steele. He is survived by: his mother Anna Laura Flint Spinks of Crawley; his close friend Sawyer; his wife Juanita "Spunky" Steele Spinks; his daughters, Ashli Marie Bartlett (Reney) of Palm Bay and Rikki Lynn Parker (Eric) of Eleanor, WV; his grandchildren, Aiden Parker, Sawyer Parker of Eleanor, Emery Bartlett, Rianna, Peyton Bartlett of Peoria, AZ and Celia Parker of Eleanor; his siblings, Brenda Buis (Terry) of Tallmadge, OH, Berry Spinks (Cindy) of Winchester, VA and Terry Spinks (Anne) of Port Charlotte, FL; his mother-in-law Rolonda Steele of West Melbourne, FL; his siblings-in-law, Mike Steele (Lisa) of West Melbourne, FL and Kelly Hutchinson (Mike) of Charleston, WV; and his grandmother-in-law Herbert Walker of Diamond, WV. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
In keeping with COVID 19 regulations people in attendance should wear masks and social distance.
