He was predeceased by: his parents, William Gaither Williams and Julia Ann Gibbs Dail; his brother William Edward Williams; his daughter Bonnie Lynn Brickhouse; and his grandson Jesse Eugene Luton.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela Williams; his daughters, Pamala Luton (Bob) of Shiloh, NC, Debbie Riggs (Stacy) of Shiloh, NC, Lynita Stephenson of Shiloh, NC and Sherri Denise Williams; and his siblings, Joyce Harrison of Hertford, NC, Teresa Blanton of Elizabeth City, NC, Sharon Harris (Bobby) of Weeksville, NC and Kelly Winslow of Camden, NC. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, several nieces, and nephews.
