She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Okulovich and Beulah McGuire Okulovich; her husband Clay "Wes" Puffenbarger, Jr.; her daughter Jean Rudd; her grandson Kelly Rudd; and her siblings, Lena, Teresa, Roy, Sam Raymond, Sydney and Frankie Okulovich.
She is survived by: her children, John Zickafoose (Sybil), Jack Zickafoose (Yvonne Bennett) and Judy Morgan (Mason); her grandchildren, Jackie, Julie, Jenna, Alicia, Canyon, Shae, Cody, Brooke, Anthony and Amie; and her brother Wesley Eugene Okulovich.
