He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles L. Holliday and Bertha E. Hizer; his wife Doris Lux Holliday; and his brothers, Bill, Ralph, Pete, Sam, Roy Lee and Curtis Holliday.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Alice Ammons of High Point, NC and Eugene Hambleton of Hamilton, NJ; and his brothers, Jim Holliday (Jean) of Southgate, MI and Neal Leo Holliday (Debby) of Clintonville. He is also survived by 2 step grandchildren; 7 step great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
