He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Louis Sullivan and Helen Grace Boblitz Sullivan; his son Dennis Jerry Sullivan; his sisters, Florence Hergenhan, Jackie Jones and Bertie Trumpower; his significant other Ellen Joan Dodge; his children, James "Nelson" Sullivan Jr. (Bev Wyant) of Weston and Deborah Joyce Sullivan of Crawford; his grandchildren, James "Kirk" Sullivan (Tina), Sandra Elizabeth Sullivan (Gabe Edwards) and Harley James Sullivan; and his great grandchildren, Kailee, Shelby, Kolby, Samantha, Cameron, Maverick, Nevaeh and Aubree.
