He is survived by: his wife Vernila "Jane" Jordan McCartney of Crawford; his children, Pamela Lane (Jason) of Crawford, Charles "Little Charlie" McCartney of Arizona, Arnold Wayne McCartney of Mount Olive and Robert McCartney of Lewis County; his grandchildren, Tyler McCartney (Haley), Dakota "Cody" McCartney, Ely McCartney Paige, Alexsandria Lane (Tyler Wimer), Clarissa Lane and Benjamin Lane; his great grandchildren, Christopher McCartney and Violet Wimer; his brother Arnold R. McCartney (Elaine); and his pets, Peaches, Precious and Specks.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Alkire Funeral Chapel (190 Wildcat Rd, Ireland, WV 26376). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
