With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Annette Constance Starkey of Crawford, West Virginia, born in Rochester, New York, who passed away on July 21, 2022 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Michael J. Gengo and Vera Fantanza; her husband James E. Starkey; her daughter Michelle Bonwell (Randy) of Buckhannon; her sisters, Concetta Gail Gengo of Bloomfield, NY and Marlene Adele Moran (Lawrence) of Victor, NY; and her nephew Kyle Moran of Victor, NY.
