He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ralph Warner, Sr., Della, Filden Ray Clay, Frances and John Largent; and his uncles, Ralph Horner, Jr., Kevin Horner and Michael Largent.
He is survived by: his parents, Raymond Clay and Joyce Clay (Horner); his children, Jayden, Jaelynn, Madison, Marcus, Brooklyn, Braylyn, Levi and Lillyiana Clay; his siblings, Elvis Clay (Brittany), Tony Clay (Martha) and Lora Amick (Billy); his nieces, Emma Clay, Lily Newby and Hope Clay; his nephew Lucas Clay; his aunt Pamela Horner; his close friend Jamie White; and his pet Lady Sue. He is also survived by great-aunts, great-uncles, cousins, and friends.
