He was predeceased by: his son Danny Meadows. He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Meadows, Keith Meadows and Carolyn Lightner; his brother Edgar Meadows; and his grandchildren, Kenneth Ryan Meadows, Nicole Marie St, Brandon Meadows, Stephanie Meadows and Harlan Lightner. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren; and several other extended family and friends.
