He is survived by: his wife Nancy Peyatt of Craigsville, WV.; his children, Nancy Collier (Mark) of Brush Creek, TN, Laura Kennedy (Randy) of Smithville, TN, Diane Roberts (Charles Arbogast) of Lebanon, TN, Joseph Peyatt (Kayla Williams) of Craigsville, WV, Brenda Duke (Carl) of Rome, TN, Tammy Thomas of Lafayette, TN and Steven Peyatt of Carthage, TN.; and his brothers, Charlie Peyatt (Erma) of Camden and Henry Peyatt of Weston, WV.. He is also survived by Twenty-one grandchildren, thirty-six great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
