He is survived by: his wife Vickie Elkins Meadows; his siblings, Eddie Meadows of Craigsville, Birdie Jackson of Craigsville, Ted Meadows (Shirley) of Perry Hall, Ruby Petry (Sam) of Craigsville, Anita Bleigh (Larry) of Craigsville and Dail Mullens (Butch) of Craigsville; his sisters-in-law, Donna Meadows and Debbie Meadows; his children, Laura Hinkle (Shawn) and Kevin Hatley (Sandy); and his grandchildren, Madison Hinkle and Curtis Hinkle.
