She was predeceased by: her parents, Arlie Cox and Lena Davidson Cox; her husband John Shelton; her children, Freddie Duncan, Frankie Shelton and Jackie Shelton; her siblings, Myrtle, Virginia, Joy, Junior, Hank, Arland and James; and her grandson Brian Scarbro.
She is survived by: her daughters, Joyce Mullins (Jerry) of Crab Orchard and Linda Scarbro (Terry) of Crab Orchard; her daughter-in-law Dee Dee Shelton of Matheny; and her grandchildren, Lora, Lisa, Christy, Deanna, Dwayne, Frankie, Aaron, Eddie, Tammy, Jason, Jessica and Jennifer. She is also survived by eighteen great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren.
