He is survived by: his wife Peggy Foose Plumley; his daughters, Andrea Plumley Sullivan (Shawn) of Grandview, Megan Plumley Constantino (Frank) of Seminole, FL and Harriet Cassity (Fred) of Crab Orchard; his grandchildren, Grace Sullivan, Ian Sullivan, Blake Constantino, Scarlett Constantino and Jessica Billings; and his siblings, Harold Plumley (Katherine) of Crab Orchard, Linda Waddell of MacArthur and Pam Richardson of Nevada.
