He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Lloyd Stover Sr. and Norma Jewell Catlett Stover; and his siblings, Mona Renee Hutteman and Ernest Lloyd Stover Jr.. He is survived by: his son Randall Junior Stover (Sarah) of Martinsburg, WV; his brother Karrol Stover (Stephanie) of Mount Hope, WV; his significant other Melissa Smith of Mt. Tabor; and his grandsons, Justin, Alex, Leo and Max.
