He was predeceased by: his parents, Okie C. Prince and Ora Hale Prince; his wife Barbara Bennett Prince; his son Samuel Prince of Crab Orchard; and his brothers, Charles "Chalkie" Prince of Crab Orchard and Paul Samuel Prince of Crab Orchard.
He is survived by: his son David C Prince (Leigh Shrewsbery Prince) of Shady Spring; his brother Frank D. Prince (Evelyn) of Smithers; his grandchild Rhae Eisenman of Morgantown; and also Lee Cooper of Pax.
