He is survived by: his wife Kathern Hoke Williams; his daughter Miranda Benner (Daiquan Hairston) of Crab Orchard; his sisters, Barbara Condia of Sandlick, Peggy Tolley (Charles) of Surveyor and Teresa Richmond (Johnny) of Sandlick; and his grandchildren, Talan Baber, Tegan Baber, Brooke Moore, Christopher Moore, Kevin Moore Jr. and Makoa Hairston.
