She is survived by: her parent Pearl Nelson Lively; her husband William Foreman; her daughters, Melanie Burgess and Lora Lee Canterbury; her siblings, Billy Joe Lively, David Lively (Gwen) of Cool Ridge and Lena Gunther (Charles) of Crab Orchard; her grandchildren, Jamie Morgan (Terry) of Hamlin, Caitlin Wilcox (Chad) of Mullens, WV, Josh Canterbury of Salem and Luke Canterbury of Salem; and her great grandchildren, Lexi Wilcox and Emma Wilcox. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
