She is survived by: her sons, Stevan Wayne Stack (Jerri) of Crab Orchard and James William Stack (Sandra Jo) of Crab Orchard; her grandchildren, Cody, Ethan, Emily, Eden, Jacob and Alexis; her brother Darrel Pettry (Joyce) of Lexington, KY; and her sister-in-law Jean Pettry of Goldsboro, NC..
