He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia Faye Greco Hopkins; his siblings, Douglas Green Hopkins, Jr. and Dallas Meadows (Dusty); and his niece Amanda Meadows. He is survived by: his father Douglas Green Hopkins, Sr. of Crab Orchard; his children, Tristan Hopkins (Hannah Pavlik) of Crab Orchard, Dylan Hopkins of Crab Orchard and Cayce Hopkins of Crab Orchard; his grandson Mason Hopkins; his sister Sherry Ewing (Eddie) of Hico, WV; and his nieces and nephews, Tommy Hopkins, Jennifer Hopkins, Eddie Lee Ewing, Jr., Douglas Green Hopkins, III and Darrell Meadows.
