She was predeceased by: her father Earl A. Walker of Stanaford; her son Michael R. Mitchem; and her siblings, Earl Walker Jr., Larry Walker, Zelda Jones and Sheila Jo Gunnoe.
She is survived by: her husband Billy Ray Mitchem; her daughters, Melody Mitchem, Michelle Mitchem Lilly and Melissa Knell (Hank); and her grandchildren, Jared Lilly, Kendall Lilly, Jake Knell and Jaxson Mitchem. She is also survived by many extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the NOW Program at the Crab Orchard Baptist Church, 1501 Robert C Byrd Dr, Crab Orchard, WV 25827 in memory of Marilyn.
