She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Burton and Lummie Neely (Cloud); her husband Okey A. Mills; her brothers, Golden Neely, James Russell Neely and John Lewis Neely; and her sisters-in-law, Florence Neely (Russell) and Laura Neely (John).
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Peggy Cook (Paul) of Beckley, Connie Snuffer (Robert) of Cool Ridge, Mary Lisa Persinger of Ghent, James R. Neely, Jr. of Little Rivers, SC, David Neely of Marlington, WV and Johnny Neely (Betty) of Surveyor; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kristen Shrewsbury, Ciara Persinger, Andrea Akers, Kacie Argabright, Haley Clark, Brandon Cook, Chad Persinger and Britt Neely.
