He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mitchem Sr. and Mertha Mitchem; and his siblings, Paul and Hazel. He is survived by: his wife Amy Mitchem; his children, Angela Trump (Brian), Erica Mitchem and John Mitchem III (Lenna); and his sisters, Micki, Flora, Ruby and Rachel.
