With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George Edward Jackson of Crab Orchard, West Virginia, who passed away on September 11, 2022 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Jackson and Chloe Williams Jackson; his children, Ethel Jackson, Brendie Jackson and Bruce Jackson; his great grandchild Elliott Jackson; and his wife Georgia Blevins Jackson.
He is survived by: his sons, Bryan K. Jackson (Trixie) of Crab Orchard and Kevin Jackson (Nova) of Daniels; his former wife Geneva Treadway of Daniels; his grandchildren, Paul Jackson (Sarah), April Edwards (Mike), Ashley Moore (Shawn), Taylor Lusk (Brian) and Caleb Jackson (Jess); his great grandchildren, Austin, Aiden, Ethan, Caden, Avery and Lincoln; his stepdaughter Melinda Prichard (Ernie); and his daughters, Andrea Prichard and Kelsey Bledsoe.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Bowers Hospice House, 454 Cranberry Drive, Beckley, WV. 25802 in memory of Mr. George Jackson.
