He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Green and Exie Crawford Hopkins; his wife Patricia Greco Hopkins; and his children, Dallas Meadows, Douglas Green Hopkins, Jr. and Mark Lewis Hopkins.
He is survived by: his daughter Sherry Ewing of Crab Orchard; and his grandchildren, Thomas, Jennifer, Douglas, III, Eddie Lee, Darrell, Tristan, Dylan and Cayce. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
