She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Billy Waddell and Rev. Freda Persinger Waddell; and her sisters, Drema Sneed and Sheila Baldwin. She is survived by: her children, Keith Coulter (Consuelo) of Odd, Belinda Norman (Delane) of Ghent and Kevin Coulter (April Burgess) of Mint Hill, NC.; her grandchildren, Makenzi, Morgan, Brittany Coulter, Emily, Noah Norman and Sarah Burgess; her siblings, Rev. Donna Hall (Billy), Dana Brown (Julius), Suzetta Hajash (John) and Rev. Billy Waddell Jr. (Karen) of Crab Orchard; and her brothers-in-law, Don Sneed and Jeff Baldwin.
