He is survived by: his son Adam Dean; his sister Rhonda; his brother-in-law Bennie Buchanan; his brother Randy Pack; his nephews, Rodney, Kevin Buchanan and Timothy Pack; his niece Sherry Brown; his sister-in-law Alma Pack; and his friend Heather Thomas.
