She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Duncan and Bessie Johnson Ellison; her husband Harold Richardson; her stepfather Lloyd Ellison; her son Gary McKinney; her siblings, Sarah Redden and Johnny Duncan; and her granddaughter Bonnie Watson.
She is survived by: her children, Teddy Richardson, Tony McKinney and Joy Hammon; and her siblings, Tootsie Meadows, Katie Powers, Charlotte Owens, Donna Boyd and Lloyd Duncan. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.
Facial coverings and social distancing will be observed as mandated by the Governor of the State of WV.
