With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billy Oliver Riffe of Crab Orchard, West Virginia, born in Mabscott, West Virginia, who passed away on May 4, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Walton and Alma Riffe (Meadows); and his siblings, Charles, Delmar Ray, Carl, Arnold Gene, Howard Riffe, Ruth Astle and Sandra Smith.
He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Stewart (Bo McKenny) of Huntingtown and Janet Riffe (Steve Bowie) of Owings; his grandchildren, Sierra Bowen (Nicholas) of Port Republic, Hunter Stewart (Carly) of Huntingtown, Gentry and Brighton Bowie of Owings; his great grandchild Morgan Bowen; his siblings, Rosanna Looney of Crab Orchard, WV, Mary Ellen Ellifritt of Gainesville, FL, Vivian Riffe of Crab Orchard, WV, Jan Riffe of Holmen, WI, Loretta Lilly of Columbia, SC, Robert Riffe of Crab Orchard, WV, Don Riffe of Roswell, GA, Rachel Patton of Westerville, OH, Shirley Donnelly Riffe (Butch) of Crab Orchard, WV and Rebecca Riffe of Crab Orchard, WV; and his former wife Ina Mae Riffe of Bowie. He is also survived by 28 nieces and nephews.
