He was predeceased by: his parents, Squire Tenney and Lora Cutright Tenney; and his siblings, Ray, Raymond, Ralph, Ronald, Clark Donald Tenney and Ruth Tenney Currence.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela Ann McCourt Tenney; his children, Amanda Riffle (Sam), Diane Bender (Danny), Roberta Sears (Randy), Patricia Cowger (Tom) and Jeffrey Tenney; his brother Roy Tenney (Judy); his sister-in-law June Tenney; his stepson Eddie Schrader; his granddaughter Hannah Hamrick Markle (Zed); his stepgrandsons, Cole, Tylor and Arron Riffle; and his nephew Jeffery R. Hamrick. He is also survived by numerous other grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Adams-Reed Funeral Home (7000 Webster Rd, Cowen, WV 26206). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location.
