It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rebecca Lee Carpenter (Cowen, West Virginia), born in Richwood, West Virginia, who passed away on November 17, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Griffey and Louise Blake Griffey; her husband Larry Carpenter; her daughters, Elizabeth Ramsey (Richard) of South Carolina, Margaret Bragg (RJ) of Cowen and Jennifer Matthews (Joshua) of Upper Glade; her siblings, Sebrina Deal of Ohio and Robert Griffey of Ohio; and her grandchildren, Cole, Rylee, Gracee, Jaxen and Everley.
